Jennifer Chiappa has been with St. John's Health since 2015 where she advanced through various positions in the Primary Care Unit and eventually accepted the position of Director of the Patient Care Unit (PCU). She was recently tasked with opening and managing the Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility while maintaining her PCU responsibilities. Jen always shows true dedication to her staff and patients through empathy and strong communication. She earned her BSN from Montana State University and her MSN in Nursing Leadership and Management from Walden University. Prior to her career as a nurse, she worked as the Director of numerous community-based group homes for individuals with physical and cognitive disabilities. Jennifer has lived in the Jackson Hole area for more than 15 years and has two young children.
