Our Services

  • Long-term Care

The best model for long-term senior living and care is a community based on a household model. This means living spaces, private bedrooms and bathrooms, and social places for visiting with family and friends and hosting group activities.

  • Memory Care

Individuals with Alzheimer's and dementia have specific safety and programming needs that require dedicated care and spaces designed for their comfort and safety. The household model at Sage Living facilitates an environment that improves their overall well-being.

  • Music Therapy

Board certified music therapist provides private individual sessions to residents experiencing isolation, dementia, and end of life. Group music therapy sessions are also provided five days a week to address targeted needs and goal areas.

  • Rehabilitation

Many community members need short-term rehabilitation before returning home. Sage Living will provide a rehab-specific area for this specialized short-term care.

  • Life Enrichment

We believe the best life is one that involves creative and enriching activities, including Art, Music, and opportunities for growth.
